Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, General Program Management to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge technologies to the front line of our nation's cyber efforts. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing large programs, financials, schedules, hiring, and transition-in for a program consisting of several hundred positions supporting strategic operations.

This position will be located in Arlington, VA, and will require you to manage the execution of the program's scope, forecasts, and objectives. You will ensure quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program. Additionally, you will provide technical and analytic guidance to program teams.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of successful senior leadership and program/portfolio manager experience on efforts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this contract.
  • Active TS/SCI
  • PMP
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior extensive service with DHS or CISA, but could be DoD or FBI or Fed Civ agency
  • Superior understanding of Cyber Defensive Operations (threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, etc.)
  • Led a multi-year, $B IDIQ or BPA in the cyber space
  • Previously led teams of 250+ FTEs

Target Salary Range

$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
