Job Overview

ARETUM, a prominent government contracting firm specializing in technology-driven mission support services, is in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing programs for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), ensuring the effective delivery of innovative solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our government clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of the program, ensuring efficient execution while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, aligning resources, managing deliverable deadlines, and overseeing contract management to ensure cost control, schedule adherence, and quality of services and products.
  • Translate intricate concepts and solutions into various deliverables, including standard operating procedures, project management plans, and communication materials such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and checklists.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, providing recommendations for enhancements, optimizations, and maintenance efforts related to client-specific or mission-critical challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to program activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify needs and challenges, supervise studies, and lead surveys to gather and analyze data, offering strategic insights and recommending solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison among the Contractor, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of program management experience and a MA/MS Degree.
  • Experience in consulting with senior-level DHS clients, managing and supervising staff, and leading multidisciplinary teams on performance-based projects to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in risk management, issue resolution, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional and Program Management Professional certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis to provide strategic advice and technical guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
