As Customer Support Manager at this insurance agency, you'll assist customers in understanding their trip protection plans, coverage, and working with them as they file claims.

You'll also coach and support the customer service representatives in how to deliver high-level customer service and plan navigation support.

Excellent customer service skills will be key as you serve as a point of contact for complex customer issues.


Problem-solving will be part of your day-to-day as you identify system challenges and help to propose solutions in order to streamline the customer and employee experience.

Innovation and creativity is the name of the game in this role as you'll constantly watch for ways to make processes efficient and work with internal resources in order to develop them.
