We are currently seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to serve as a vital link for our internal and external customers. We are looking for empathetic, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to assist our elderly and disabled clients with their transportation needs. If you are enthusiastic, personable, and thrive in a diverse environment, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with our supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providers, and clients to deliver outstanding service.
  • Utilize software tools to investigate and resolve complaints, incidents, and inquiries.
  • Validate no-show occurrences.
  • Manage Trapeze bookings for incoming reservation calls.
  • Provide support for dispatch inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a professional and customer-oriented phone demeanor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn dispatch and scheduling software.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods in an office setting.
