Job Description

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping people be their best in the moments that matter. As a Sr. Customer Support Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our public safety customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring timely delivery and execution of service agreements.
  • Provide a single point of contact for customer management, ensuring service delivery and SLA compliance.
  • Work closely with customers to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Manage and maintain services scope as per services contract, ensuring customers understand their obligations.
  • Ensure customers receive appropriate and timely reporting as required by the services contract.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, account management, Motorola services, or public safety experience.
  • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
