Collaborate with our team to ensure prompt and comprehensive resolution of customer service inquiries related to product information, ordering, usage, and returns.
Work with our team to enhance the overall customer service experience and support materials. Represent the voice of our customers.
Handle the packing and shipping of orders to distribution partners and wholesale clients.
This position offers a flexible work environment, with a significant portion of responsibilities being remote while also requiring some on-site logistics management.
