Holy Cross Academy - Primary Campus (grades K - 2) is seeking a full-time or part-time Learning Consultant for the school year.
Requirements:
Certified teacher with experience in working with students with learning needs required, Special Education Certification preferred. Catholic preferred.
General Responsibilities:
Obtain appropriate information regarding students' specific needs and diagnoses
Maintain Learning Profiles and Building Plans for students
Manage evaluation referrals and special services
Coordinate with the Learning Consultants at our other Holy Cross Academy campuses
Communicate pertinent information about students' needs to teachers and other school personnel in an appropriate manner
Serve as a learning resource to parents and students
Work with teachers to provide in-class instruction that meets diverse student needs.
Candidates must be organized, collaborative, flexible, and have good communication skills.
A commitment to helping Holy Cross provide both high quality academic instruction and intentional faith formation within our school community is required.
