Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of learning and performance professionals to deliver results through strategy, influence, prioritization, planning, and delivery of learning and performance experiences.
  • Develop a team with the right skills and capabilities to execute the work through the creation of high-impact, first-quality learning experiences that deliver needed and sustained performance results at speed and scale.
  • Participate and contribute to firm initiatives as needed, providing thought leadership and collaboration with other senior leaders in Enterprise Learning and other business and functional leaders across the firm.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance, consultation, or similar role, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Talent Management, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, and Modern Learning Experience Tools and Methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and solve broad, complex, and non-routine problems involving multiple business areas, multiple disciplines, multiple data sources, and multiple issues simultaneously.
