We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Job Summary
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of administrative duties and personal tasks, ensuring the CEO's workflow is seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Handle all forms of communication with discretion, including emails and phone calls.
- Undertake personal errands for the CEO, including lifestyle management and event coordination.
- Prepare high-quality documents and reports for business meetings and conferences.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including logistics and venue coordination.
- Oversee financial tasks related to the CEO's personal and professional engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the CEO's professional and personal affairs.
- Adapt quickly to changes in priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for running errands.
- Availability to work outside of conventional office hours when necessary.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, based on industry standards and the location.
