Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Generate and distribute precise customer invoices promptly.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally.

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles within manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Salary:

$28-$32 per hour
