Simple On-site Event Manager

NOTE:

This is a temporary contract position for July 22 and/or July 23, 2024 from 10AM - 4PM MST Must be available for this entire time.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate health fair, including supervising arrival / setup of vendors, managing the flow, and leading clients to stations.
  • Providing a warm welcome and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of events and functions held at the site.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

  • Any experience within the hospitality / event industry is preferred.
  • This role will require working with some degree of uncertainty and therefore must have the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

$30.00 per hour
