As a District Sales Manager with U.S. LawShield, you will balance direct-to-consumer sales and leadership duties. Not only would you be the front line, first contact with prospective members at events hosted by U.S. LawShield and their facility partners, but you would also be responsible for developing these skills within your direct reports.

Speaking engagements will largely address the community on evenings and weekends, allowing you to spend your remaining work time throughout the week focused on people operations.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Professionally and knowledgeably represent U.S. LawShield in person at speaking engagements and table events on evenings and weekends within your region
  • Assist potential customers in identifying the best product and services to meet their needs
  • Expand business opportunities within your region by developing partnerships with local businesses
  • Execute the member enrollment process
  • Leverage technology to track, report, and advance your sales activity
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage new talent

- $60,000 base plus bonus once goal is met leading to an OTE of $70k-$80k
