What You'll Be Doing:
Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of our client's operations division
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems
Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational processes and resource utilization.
Ensure departmental decisions and project plans align with the organization's business plan and vision, covering areas such as staffing, development, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities
Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required
10+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in upper management
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Possess an analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve problems
