  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in public administration, business administration, or accounting.
  • Ability to promote collaborative team efforts and governance across all aspects of the financial enterprise.
  • Ability to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative programs and oversee development of program improvements.
