Are you ready to lead as a Cellar Supervisor at OCTOPI Brewery in Waunakee, WI?

Available Shift:
- Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am
- Total pay includes a base salary of $28/hr plus a 2nd shift premium of $3/hour
- Base pay may vary depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Work in all areas of brewing production

- Accountability for the shift:
- Make production decisions
- Ensure scheduled work completion
- Communicate work progress and schedule changes
- Escalate equipment maintenance needs
- Assess and adjust schedules for efficient workflow
- Recommend labor requirements
- Collaborate with managers and scheduling team
- Update Dept Managers on staffing schedules
- Provide performance feedback to employees
- Address work concerns and queries
- Coordinate updates between departments
- Ensure timely availability of products
- Complete necessary tasks for product quality assurance
- Ensure all documentation is complete
- Provide feedback to Cellar Manager

Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of brewing experience preferred
- Degree in Brewing Science/Technology is advantageous

Compensation details:
$31-31 per Hour
