Our extensive sales network ensures clients have access to top-notch material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, and warehouse products whenever and wherever needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders for new and used equipment
- Monitor and manage inventories
- Initiate and track deliveries
- Handle invoicing for various products
- Maintain comprehensive order files
- Approve vendor invoices and address payment inquiries
- Handle credit processes and equipment re-invoicing when required
- Track warranty registrations and oversee warranty installations
- Generate necessary reports
- Manage supplies and sales literature orders
- Provide support to other departments as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Business-related bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- Prior coordination experience in sales or rental department is a plus
- Proficient in data entry with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- AutoCAD familiarity is advantageous
