Equipment Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the processing of sales orders for both new and pre-owned equipment
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules
  • Administer invoicing for a variety of products
  • Maintain detailed order documentation
  • Authorize vendor invoices and resolve payment-related inquiries
  • Manage credit processes and equipment re-invoicing as necessary
  • Track warranty registrations and supervise warranty installations
  • Produce essential reports
  • Oversee orders for supplies and sales literature
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A business-related bachelor's or associate degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a coordination role within sales or rental departments is advantageous
  • Proficient in data entry and skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
