  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of post-graduate experience, with a preference for candidates with military background, particularly in USMC or Army Cyber, joint roles, or R&D positions.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of JADC2, zero trust principles, cloud technologies, and application of industry best practices in government settings.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, high EQ, and the ability to navigate complex political and technical landscapes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in IAT II or III, AI, Agile methodologies (CSM, Agile Practitioner), or similar.
  • Retired military professionals with relevant operational and leadership experience.
  • Proven history of strategic planning and execution in high-pressure environments.
  • Must hold or be eligible for Top Secret clearance with SCI access without waiver upon onboarding.

Security Clearance:

  • Required: Top Secret clearance with SCI access or eligibility to obtain SCI access without waiver during onboarding.

Travel Requirement:

  • Expected travel up to 25%, potentially including trips to Europe and Africa.
