We are in search of a Senior Technical Training Consultant to become a vital member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will undertake the evaluation and examination of various curricula and program assessment criteria to perform thorough analyses. This role involves identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment standards, formulating new educational objectives, and crafting lesson plans that integrate instructional methodologies supporting testing and evaluation through practical application assessments in a sophisticated, joint operational environment across diverse training initiatives. The individual will ensure that the training solutions are comprehensively aligned with the established requirements and will assist in preparing instructors by sequencing, scheduling, and observing/evaluating the delivery of training sessions. Additionally, they will provide feedback and data to support leadership in assessing and managing the coordinated training programs.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing various curricula and program assessment criteria.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting thorough analyses, identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment standards, as well as creating educational objectives and lesson plans.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting instructor preparation, including sequencing, scheduling, and observing/evaluating training delivery and associated data to provide constructive feedback.
  • A Master's degree in Education, Information Systems, Business, or a related technology field.
    • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields with an additional 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
