Duties:

What you will do:


  • Assist the Director in overseeing the daytoday clinical operations
  • Assist the Director in managing and guiding the clinical team
  • RNs, LPNs, CNAs etc.
  • Assist in developing inservices and continuing education programs
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling patient care
  • Assist in conducting quality assurance audits
  • Assist in participating in performance improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with organization goals, policies and procedures
  • Assist with nursing visits if needed
  • Assist in developing relationships with referrals sources in the healthcare community
  • Assist in hiring and evaluating clinical staff

Requirements:

What you need to have:


  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Driver's license, insurance and vehicle
  • Minimum 2 year of hospice experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Great leadership and managerial skills
  • Utmost compassion and integrity
