Description of the Role:

The Senior Creative Services Manager plays a key role in leading the Creative Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that set JBSS apart from competitors. The Senior Manager oversees the creative process for art file development to guarantee accurate printing of packaging and support materials for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Guides, develops, and inspires the Creative Services team to enhance value for JBSS customers and differentiate the company effectively.
  • Manages the creative development process, team members, and external resources to meet deadlines for JBSS brands and private label customers, effectively prioritizing tasks to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Takes charge of key aspects of the commercialization process, from file preparation to final printing, covering new product development, packaging, merchandising, and other crucial materials. Cultivates relationships with external partners and vendors, focusing on enhancing efficiency and quality.
  • Drives optimization initiatives in creative development, pre-press, and printing processes to streamline operations and costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborates with other departments to address issues promptly and improve overall creative processes. Manages budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a graphics-related field.
  • Over 5 years of design and print production experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
  • Proficiency in graphic arts industry concepts, Macintosh operating systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications. Previous managerial experience is essential.
