Job Details of the Student Enrollment Specialist:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Full-Time: seasonal position
Job Description of the Student Enrollment Specialist:
- Answer incoming phone calls, make outgoing phone calls, send emails, and text messages with professionalism.
- Explain enrollment process and documents needed to prospective families.
- Input new, missing, and incomplete data into the Customer Relationship Manager software.
- Review and confirm all information submitted in the enrollment application.
- Complete Enrollment Notification Form for each enrolling student
- Verify documents in student file are accurate and appropriate.
- Communicate with applicants via phone and email.
- Utilize school-supplied software to keep accurate notes
Job Requirements of the Student Enrollment Specialist:
- One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Ability to meet and manage deadlines
