At UHS, we are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our physicians are enrolled in and maintain active credentialing status with governmental agencies and commercial managed care insurers/networks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage credentialing requirements for governmental agencies and commercial managed care insurers/networks.
  • Ensure timely enrollment and maintenance of physician credentialing status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, physicians, and managed care companies to achieve credentialing goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of managed care industry, including physician credentialing and contracting requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in physician credentialing and/or contracting requirements in a managed care environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of managed care industry and contracting processes.
