Overview

At Worldwide Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Global Service Center Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to insurance products and services.
  • Claims Management: Manage and coordinate claims processing, including communication with members, providers, and brokers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, including policy benefits, enrollment, and claims procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providers, and brokers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and maintain accurate files in designated systems.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; multi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Experience: High volume corporate customer service experience required, with a strong understanding of insurance products and terminology.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.15, with eligibility for full range of health benefits and rewards and recognition programs.
