What you'll do as an Accounts Receivable Associate:

  • Monitor new enrollments and establish monthly billings.
  • Track and post all payments and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Identify delinquent accounts and ensure organizational policies are followed.
  • Assist with month-end reports and reconciliations.

What we need in an Accounts Receivable Associate:

  • AA in accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Enrollsy is a PLUS.
  • Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
