Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. One (1+) years' experience in general maintenance and/or a combination of education and experience. Valid Driver's License. Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills such as internet, email, electronic manual, etc. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks as needed. Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills.Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 Certification. CPR & First Aid Certification.Essential Duties:
Assists HVAC and electrical mechanics in performing preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on equipment, examining for wear and tear, and making required repairs as needed. Assists and performs PM tasks on items such as roof drains, shop cleanup, and all other assigned areas. Adheres to applicable state and local safety rules. Assists and perform with activities such as painting and priming of interior and exterior walls, hanging, and finishing sheetrock, hanging white boards, installing fixtures, etc.Benefits:
