Your Opportunity:

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the corporate human resources team.
  • Organize and maintain files, data collection, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance during onboarding.
  • Conduct data entry tasks within our HRIS system.
  • Manage unemployment claims, disability claims, tuition reimbursements, and vacation payouts.
  • Generate MVR reports and facilitate E-Verify I-9 processes.
  • Handle monthly invoice processing.
  • Track compliance training and monitor reports of hours worked.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite; experience with Oracle ERP and Taleo ATS is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Prior experience in a professional office setting is preferred.
