Your Opportunity:
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the corporate human resources team.
- Organize and maintain files, data collection, and document preparation.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance during onboarding.
- Conduct data entry tasks within our HRIS system.
- Manage unemployment claims, disability claims, tuition reimbursements, and vacation payouts.
- Generate MVR reports and facilitate E-Verify I-9 processes.
- Handle monthly invoice processing.
- Track compliance training and monitor reports of hours worked.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite; experience with Oracle ERP and Taleo ATS is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for success in this position.
- Prior experience in a professional office setting is preferred.
