The Principal, People Operations, Programs, and Strategy will lead a portfolio of complex change management, large-scale event, and implementation projects. The role involves working closely with Entertainment PXT senior leadership to address high-priority needs.

About the Company:
Amazon Entertainment PXT focuses on supporting various dynamic businesses across film, television, sports, music, podcasts, audiobooks, livestreaming, and other media content.

Main Requirements:

  • H.R. and project leadership experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead by influence, and maintain an executive presence
  • Make high-judgment decisions, evaluate risks, and adapt quickly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects independently
  • Govern a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure clear customer requirements and communication strategies
  • Identify and remove barriers and obstacles
  • Partner with senior-level leadership on issues

Additional Responsibilities:
