About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our People eXperience Foundation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning the evolution of our ecosystem of products that support employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and lead customer engagement to ensure we build inclusive experiences that delight on a technical solution that scales.
  • Manage and deliver large-scale consumer-facing products using modern product management practices and design-led approaches powered by research.
  • Lead the technical direction of our products to ensure we build for Amazon-wide scale.
  • Build a network across partners and business leaders inside Amazon to drive innovation and growth.
  • Demonstrate relentless customer obsession and work with peer groups to incrementally deliver on your exciting product vision.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that impact the lives of millions of Amazon employees. You will be passionate about building online product experiences that delight customers and deliver business results. You will be driven by a desire to pioneer new approaches powered by data and machine learning that will enable Amazon to retain its unique culture while continuing to grow its employee base.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
