We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal, Mechanical Engineering to lead our Mechanical Engineering discipline in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership, contributing to the overall success of our Mechanical Engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Maintain awareness of operational, technical, or regulatory changes within Mechanical Engineering and disseminate such knowledge to staff and firm.
- Project Delivery: Oversee Mechanical Engineering Design delivery process and best practices, and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Business Development: Develop presentation materials and present to clients and at strategic industry events.
- People and Practice Management: Ensure compliance with best practices, including Stantec PM Frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 15 years related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: Professional Engineering license required. Project Management Professional certification a plus.
