Quality Control Inspector

The Kelly Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for its Lafayette, Indiana, location. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, and two years of past experience is preferred.
This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
Assist project manager and site superintendent through the administration and control of quality standards
Resolve constructability discrepancies
Conduct first and last piece inspections along with 10 percent general inspections
Operate Tessa height gage and Faro arm
Provide guidance regarding standards and contract documents
Read blueprints in standard and metric measurements
Use calipers, pin gauges, thread gauges, angle finders and additional inspection tools
Generate reports of inspections performed and interact with craft workers and managers
