About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemist to join our Quality Control team at Evonik Industries. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our analytical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Quality Control team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage analytical investigations and deviations, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Develop and execute protocol-driven studies to support method verifications, validations, and transfers.
  • Review and approve all types of analytical data, including protocols, methods, and change controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical improvements and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • PhD in chemistry or relevant scientific discipline with 3-5 years industrial experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of analytical chemistry and advanced understanding of mass spectroscopy.
  • Demonstrated laboratory skills and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite products.
