- Represent Mosaic and its products enthusiastically.
- Engage consumers by educating them about key product features.
- Provide consumer assistance with troubleshooting and technical support.
- Create a memorable brand experience for guests.
- Share your excitement for products and the Android system.
- Offer detailed feedback on customer interactions.
- Stay knowledgeable about all client products.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Previous experience in promotional sales, especially with electronic devices.
- In-depth knowledge of the Android Operating system and mobile devices.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable educating customers on product features and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Access to transportation as the work location may be up to 30 miles away.
- Must have Internet Explorer 8 for reporting.
