Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of CCRC experience with ED leadership responsibilities for IL, AL, and SNF

Experience in Lifecare/Entrance fees

LNHA preferred; or willingness to pursue the license

Role Details:

Oversees the strategic plan to uphold high-quality services across the community for residents, aligning with Lifespace Communities, Inc standards and policies.

Recruits, hires, develops, and retains key leadership and management teams within the community.

Builds positive professional relationships with residents, families, team members, organizations, and the community.

Regularly meets with Lifespace Senior Leadership to address operational matters, trends, challenges, and solutions.

Collaborates to design and implement programs for OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, and risk management.

In partnership with sales and marketing teams, ensures clear expectations and accountability are in place to achieve sales goals.

Develops and manages an annual marketing plan to meet sales targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, health care, gerontology, hotel/restaurant management, or related field.

Master's degree highly preferred.

Qualify with one of the following:
Minimum of 7 years as an executive director in a CCRC;
Minimum of 10 years as an executive director in senior living with significant health center leadership;
Minimum of 10 years in progressive hospitality leadership, e.g., hotel or resort management.
