Duration: 6 months Contract to hire
Salary Range: $17/hr. to 18/hr. on W2
Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to complex customer inquiries
- Conduct research to resolve inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain departmental standards and initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Evaluate inquiries, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
- Provide feedback to management, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements
- Assist in training new employees and cross-training coworkers
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software efficiently
- Basic business math proficiency
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service or claims processing experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Associate Degree preferred with 3 years of customer service or claims processing experience
