Exciting Opportunity as a Customer Service Advocate II at ASK Consulting

Location: Columbia SC 29229

Duration: 6 months Contract to hire

Salary Range: $17/hr. to 18/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to complex customer inquiries
  • Conduct research to resolve inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Maintain departmental standards and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Evaluate inquiries, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
  • Provide feedback to management, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements
  • Assist in training new employees and cross-training coworkers

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software efficiently
  • Basic business math proficiency

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service or claims processing experience OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Associate Degree preferred with 3 years of customer service or claims processing experience
