Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering sandwiches in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Delivery Operations: Safely and efficiently deliver sandwiches to customers within our designated delivery area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Order Management: Manage orders from start to finish, including taking payments and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to ensure seamless delivery operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all delivered sandwiches meet our quality standards, and report any issues to management promptly.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluently speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
  • Physical Demands: Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
