**Essential Functions Of The Job:**
+ Delivers innovative learning solutions that prepares BeiGenes Clinical Operations and site study team organization for long-term success in the end-to-end study cycle.
+ Maintains the global training process of the Study Specific Site training, including global documentation, strategy, compliance, administration of the LMS portal, and audit needs.
+ Assists in delivering LMS administration with additional focus of study, site and location specific parameters.
+ Partners with Clinical Operations and the broader study oversight teams including leadership as a performance consultant to develop training needs.
+ Partners with the GCP compliance team for signals requiring review or adjustment to study level training plans for improved inspection readiness.
+ Oversees development of training reports for study and site level GxP compliance monitoring.
+ Supports and participates in internal and external audits and inspections.
+ Identifies and shares best practices, successes, case studies, failures, and process improvement opportunities to promote continuous improvement and consistency with GCO clinical execution processes.
+ Acts as a change agent, champion, subject matter expert and central point of contact of GCO L&D, supporting study sites ensuring best practices to achieve maximum benefit.
+ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on the current learning needs and strategies, as well as anticipating future training needs based on business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
+ Organize and implement the delivery of learning solutions including the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs and any re-training actions necessary.
+ Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and periodically reports to leadership progress or issues.
+ Utilize cost-effective, consistent, and best-practice training methods and ensures compliance with both regulatory and internal compliance.
+ Availability to take evening and early morning teleconferences.
**Education Required:**
+ Bachelors Degree and 10 years Learning and Development experience.
**Preferred:**
MBA, Masters, PharmD, Advanced Practice Provider and/or Training Certifications
**Qualifications Required:**
+ A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing multiple modality training using current and emerging training authoring tools preferred (e.g., Articulate 360) demonstrating success in the following:
+ Strong facilitation skills and understanding of adult learning principles to engage adult learners.
+ Robust understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial execution.
+ Ability to translate clinical concepts with site GCP requirements message to execute learning curricula.
+ Strong Experience in SumTotal administration and platform capabilities.
+ Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
+ Experience forming cross-functional collaborations; strong interpersonal skills.
+ Supports a culture of continual improvement and innovation; promotes knowledge sharing.
+ Ability to influence without authority.
+ Thinks creatively; challenges the status quo.
+ Experience supporting the learning and development operations needs of a Global Clinical operations organization.
