Customer Service / BDC Representatives - Kia of Lincolnwood Dealership

At our Kia of Lincolnwood dealership, we are looking for Customer Service / BDC representatives who possess a sales background and familiarity with Auto-Alert software. If you lack experience in this area, worry not, as we offer comprehensive training for you to flourish. This is a unique opportunity tailored for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Retention
  • Data Mining Customers
  • Engage in outbound phone calls and arrange appointments
  • Demonstrate the capacity to engage with service customers to schedule appointments and drive sales
  • Oversee the complete vehicle sales process

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Auto Alert is a benefit
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
