Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and present estimates, work orders, and other sales-related materials to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of finished orders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of business and marketing plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve sales and customer service strategies.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and responsive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field preferred.
