Key Responsibilities- Patient Services: Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including greeting and registering patients, coordinating scheduling, and answering incoming calls.
- Billing Services: Ensure accurate and timely entry of billing information, review encounter forms for accuracy, and follow up on missing information.
- Medical Record Services: Maintain confidentiality and ensure the availability of properly prepared patient medical records, daily schedules, and related forms.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One to two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and proficiency in eClinicalWorks and scheduling sections of the eClinicalWorks system.
