They would have experience in Multi segment commercial markets. Ideally they have worked in a global capacity and have demonstrated success in gaining support from collaborators that may have different perspectives and conflicting priorities to align to a single goal or objective. This individual has partner/channel program experience and has developed enablement, incentives and campaigns that educate and encourage partners to deliver the best experiences for their customer community. They are also passionate about data and measurement in order to guide the strategic direction of partner efforts.

Description

5+ years in global ecosystem go to market models, programs and/or background in traditional channel partner marketing Preferred experience in public sector Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution Demonstrated success in mining for obstacles and driving to consensus Experience in creating to and through partner communications

Key Qualifications
  • Collaborate across segment DRI's regional sales and functional teams to gather requirements for the programs
  • Support the development of standard methodology playbooks for partner enablement and loyalty programs
  • Develop program guides, communication and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and legal teams
  • Design and acquire support for specialization program detail such as public sector, multi-national, health, etc.
  • Collect and manage feedback from channel partners and account teams into the ongoing roadmap for the program.
  • Work cross functionally with regional sales, operations, marketing, finance, enablement and technical teams to secure, operationalize and manage all the committed requirements and benefits to the partners.
  • Document policies and processes to support all aspects of the program and enable global execution.
  • Establish and track metrics of program activities, run a regular compliance process with the regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage and measure the results of programs. Iterate to improve.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
