Our core products include Hard Truth Sweet Mash Bourbon, Sweet Mash Rye, High Road Rye, Cinnamon Vodka, Toasted Coconut Rum, and Maple Bourbon Cream.


JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will fill the role of

Regional Vice President of Sales


and will be responsible for leading campaigns, sales, and marketing campaigns in their assigned area in order to improve, develop and grow sales.

They will develop a comprehensive market strategy and implement that while maintaining and developing relationships, budgets, and company programs. Through sales strategies and programs they will grow Hard Truth's brand and sales numbers in their region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the President of Sales.

Assigned territory is Western States:
MO, KS, CO, NM

·


Work with the President of Sales, Chief Marketing Officer and distributor teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for territory.

This includes ON Premise and OFF Premise strategies.

·


Working with EVP, Pricing Committee, CMO and distribution teams in developing and executing pricing and programming strategies to meet/exceed case sales and POD goals for the state.

·

Develop and execute a comprehensive plan including programming and store support (merchandising/tastings).

·

Make it a priority to bring key distributor executives and retailers to HTD.

·

Participate in brand promotions, tastings, and industry events.

·

Embrace Hard Truth's "ONE TEAM" culture and leverage Hard truth resources to achieve goals.

·

Complete special projects when needed and as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Minimum 5years experience in spirit/alcohol sales or related field
Experience in a leadership role preferred.
Experience in management of multiple states preferred.
Both on and off premise experience.
Background in Adult Beverage supplier or distribution.
The ideal candidate will have in all markets under them.
Must live in MO, KS, CO, or NM.

COMPETENCIES
Strong Leadership Skills & a motivated self-starter who can oversee projects from start to finish.
Great Relationship Skills & must work directly with our distributors and buyers. Ability to network. Ability to work well with the Hard Truth sales team and leadership.

An analytical mind for excellent data analysis and strategic mind to ensure sales programs started, maintained, and evolved as needed.


COMPENSATION
$100k-$120k depending on experience
