The ideal candidate should also be familiar with Fidelity’s Wealth channel and demonstrate a proven track record of independently achieving financial targets and business goals.

  • Ability to tailor communication and approach based on the unique needs of various audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Proficient in advanced presentation and public speaking.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience employing a data-driven methodology for decision-making and territory management.

  • Over 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

About the Team

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund is a public charity that administers the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since its inception, the charity has connected numerous donors with the advantages and increased charitable impact of utilizing a donor-advised fund to fulfill their philanthropic aspirations. The charity operates under the governance of an independent Board of Trustees, which has engaged Fidelity Charitable, a division of Fidelity Investments, to provide various services including Program Development, Investments, Service Delivery, Marketing, Finance, Tax, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Fundraising.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $112,000-$255,000 annually. Placement within this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other considerations.

Base salary constitutes only a portion of the total compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility criteria, the compensation package may also include bonuses or other variable incentives.
