Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet sales targets
  • Achieve quarterly and annual financial goals
  • Build direct sales channels through account-based and cold outreach strategies
  • Sell well-being solutions through various channels
  • Represent TELUS Health in business presentations and community engagement activities
  • Cultivate new broker relationships and nurture existing partnerships
  • Effectively communicate the TELUS Health business proposition and ROI model
  • Lead the full sales cycle from identification to close of sale


Requirements and Skills:
  • Business, Marketing, or related degree
  • Proven track record in selling software solutions with a focus on business value
  • Experience in human capital management or related industries
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in outreach and cold calling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and strategic thinking abilities
  • High energy, drive, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to advocate for partners
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Travel may be required within assigned regions


Additional Information:
  • Position is home-based and remote
  • Preferably based in Western USA
