Job Summary: The Athletic Ticket Office Coordinator hires, trains, and supervises student employees. Oversee ticket operations for Volleyball. Responds to customer inquiries and determines outcomes. Oversees phone software. Assists with student football ticketing, and complimentary tickets for all seven ticketed sports. Serves as box office manager for selected events on weeknights and weekends as needed. Assists with home football ticket and service needs.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to professionally and effectively resolve customer complaints.

Preferred Qualifications: One (1) years of work experience in a ticket office or university athletics department. Experience with Paciolian.
