Job Overview:
Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for the delivery of all physical products ordered. This role is required to multi-task to ensure customer satisfaction. Constant vigilance and extreme accuracy are critical to success. Guided by an everchanging priority tree of tasks and detailed workflows, Specialists are the final interaction between our company and a satisfied customer.
Responsibilities:
• Print and mail all standard certificates via USPS each business day.
• Work alongside Compliance and run reports to create certificates that cannot auto-generated.
• Ship all Notary applications to appropriate government agencies via FedEx and USPS depending on priority.
• Maintain all printers/franking machine/envelope stuffer to ensure daily success.
• Package, run reports for mailing labels, and ship out all physical manuals.
• Sort returned certificate mail by card or certificate, contact the customer via email to let them know it was returned and the reason why, store and organize all returns for ease of re-mailing.
• Stuff OSHA Outreach cards alphabetically based on customer needs.
• Attentive notation of all activity via customer accounts/interactions for full accountability and transparency for other stakeholders.
• Stock office refrigerators and answer front door for customers and deliveries.
• Package and ship all FL Incorporation Binders for LLC/Incorporation customers.
• Sort and approve documents uploaded by OSHA/SST customers.
• Answer questions asked in Slack channels swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain JIRA ticket queues and manually ship cert requests input by Customer Care.
• Post daily tracking information for FedEx shipments.

Pay: $31,200
Schedule: M-F 10am-6pm

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
