Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold grooming and uniform standards consistently.
- Engage in effective communication with the kitchen team.
- Prepare meals based on daily requirements and inventory levels, following recipe guidelines.
- Comply with guest allergy protocols to ensure safety.
- Set up and maintain the workstation with appropriate food items and tools.
- Monitor ingredient levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Cook food to perfection in a timely manner to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Inspect all dishes prior to service to ensure quality, presentation, and temperature.
- Clean and sanitize the work area, including surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper equipment temperatures for safe food storage.
- Change sanitizing solutions regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Complete all opening, operational, and closing tasks accurately.
- Assist with any additional duties as requested by management.
