The AR Clerk will assist in the maintenanceof the Accounts Receivable process for the branchwarehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigned specific customers with high volumedeductions due to sales promotions
  • Processcredit and debit memos for customer’s invoices which includeschargebacks to vendors. Analytical skills necessary to validatethese deductions and experience with bill-of-ladings
  • Create Excel worksheets between customers and vendors forpricing
  • Must possess excellent customerservice skills; verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task projects and meetdeadlines
  • Backup support for Cash Applicationsand assist other AR Clerks when needed
  • Codingand routing Expense Payables in corporate centralized PayablesSystems
  • AR Filing involved

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required;Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable, Inventory, DataEntry with high volume
  • Computer skills withMicrosoft E-mail, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • AS400 computer experience a plus
  • Able2Extract experience a plus
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and hard-workingindividual with ability to work well in a team as well as anindividual contributor
