The Accounting Clerk will play a vital role in the businesses by maintaining financial records and assisting with the general operations of the finance department.
As an Accounting Clerk, you will process and reconcile invoices, resolve any price discrepancies, accurately process payments on a weekly basis, enter information in the ERP system, reconcile petty cash monthly, put away files in an organized and systematic manner, process sales tax and use tax, process 1099, 1098, and vendor statements.
