Service Coordinator Job Description:
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service details, answer inquiries, and provide status updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.

Service Coordinator Requirements:
  • High School/GED required
  • Proficiency in scheduling and CRM Software required. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
